Terms of Use

Last updated: 10/03/2026
Site owner
This website is the responsibility of iN2, LLC, located at 7345 W Sand Lake RD, STE 210 Office 4761, Orlando, FL 32819, United States. Contact: support@in2.dev.
Scope of the terms
These terms cover browsing, consulting institutional information and reading articles on in2.com.br and its language versions that present this document. The presentation of a platform on this site does not constitute its hiring. Accessing public content does not require creating an account or payment.
Accounts, subscriptions, payments, cancellations and integrations of Smartbis, WPP Marketing and Whatsplaid are governed by the specific documents and contracts of each service. These terms do not replace those conditions.
Permitted Use and Security
You may consult the content and share links, in compliance with legislation and third-party rights. It is not permitted to access restricted areas without authorization, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malicious code, falsely present yourself as a representative of iN2, or cause unavailability through abusive use. Protective measures may restrict access that poses a risk, without prejudice to rights that are legally guaranteed.
Automated access and failure reporting
The use of search engines and accessibility tools is not prohibited by these terms. Automated queries to public content must respect technical access instructions, reasonable limits of the environment, and applicable law. Files such as robots.txt and llms.txt do not grant a license to reproduce content in full, access private data, or bypass protections.
Do not perform intrusive tests, extraction of protected information or exploitation of vulnerabilities without authorization. To report a possible vulnerability, write to support@in2.dev with sufficient information for its analysis, without publicly exposing personal data, credentials or details that could facilitate abuse.
Content and intellectual property
Texts, brands, visual identity and other materials belong to iN2 or their respective owners and remain subject to applicable licenses. Access to the website does not transfer ownership nor grant authorization for commercial exploitation.
Quotations and uses permitted by law remain preserved. When authorization for reproduction is required, request it at support@in2.dev. Third-party trademarks and projects remain the property of their respective owners.
Links to this site are permitted provided they do not create the misleading appearance of partnership, endorsement, or authorship. Licenses for code and materials made available in their own repositories prevail for those materials; pointing to a repository does not make all site content open source software.
Information and availability
The materials are for informational purposes. They do not constitute personalized professional advice or a promise of commercial results. Features, integrations and conditions must be verified on the platform and in the corresponding contract.
Articles may contain examples, editorial opinions, and historical references. The publication date helps contextualize the content, which may not reflect subsequent changes. Comparisons and descriptions do not constitute a guarantee of performance, continuous availability of a feature, or suitability for every business operation.
The site may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Report incorrect information using the contact provided. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Messages and materials sent to iN2
When writing to iN2, provide truthful information and only materials you are entitled to share. Do not send passwords, tokens, customer data, or sensitive information unless essential to the request. If your message represents a company or another person, ensure you have appropriate authorization.
Submitting a question, correction, or suggestion allows its use for handling and analyzing the matter, without automatically transferring rights over your materials or authorizing advertising, resale of data, or training of artificial intelligence models. Personal information remains subject to the Privacy Policy.
A response to a contact does not, by itself, constitute a contract, binding commercial proposal, promise of a development timeline, or confidentiality agreement. Specific conditions must be formalized when necessary.
Platforms and external links
By following an external link, you access an environment subject to the terms and policies of the respective owner. The presence of a link does not imply endorsement of all content at the destination.
External links may include ref=iN2 to indicate the institutional origin of the visit. This parameter alone does not individually identify the visitor.
Privacy
The processing of data related to the website is described in the Privacy Policy. Mere browsing does not constitute general consent for advertising, optional cookies, or uses that depend on specific authorization.
Responsibilities and limitations
iN2 is responsible for its own conduct in accordance with applicable law. The informative purpose of the website does not eliminate that responsibility. It is not guaranteed that all material is permanently up to date, free of errors, or suitable for any particular decision; commercial decisions should take into account the specific conditions and the documents of the chosen service.
Network, device, or third-party service issues will be assessed according to the involvement and responsibility of each party. A general exclusion of liability does not apply for unlawful conduct, data breaches, or other matters whose liability cannot be disclaimed by law. The visitor is also not automatically required to indemnify simply for using the site.
Legislation and rights preserved
The applicable law depends on the relationship and the operation involved. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protection, privacy or access to justice rules. Any disputes will be handled before the competent authorities according to applicable rules; no mandatory arbitration or general waiver of rights is established here.
Updates and contact
Changes to these terms will be identified by the update date on this page and, when required, communicated in a specific manner. Changes do not retroactively remove acquired rights nor replace authorizations that must be requested separately.
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain applicable to the extent permitted by law. The failure to exercise a right immediately does not constitute a waiver of that right. These terms do not modify platform agreements or specific documents of other services.
Questions, authorization requests, reports of incorrect content and communications related to these terms: support@in2.dev. For personal data matters, the data protection officer and the procedure are listed in the Privacy Policy.
